Our Office
Analytical practice rooted in Gyeonggi-do manufacturing
We sit among the factories and logistics corridors our clients ship from — not in a distant consulting tower.
Official registered business
Acacia Way Analytics Co., Ltd. (operating as Acacia Way Analytics) was established in 2016 and registered in Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. We serve export planning teams at mid-size Korean manufacturers — typically 50 to 500 employees — who need documented trade intelligence before committing to new markets or product lines abroad.
How we began
Founder Seo Yujin spent eight years in export documentation at a Gyeonggi-do industrial components firm before opening Acacia Way Analytics in 2016. The practice started when three client companies asked for the same competitor shipment analysis she had prepared informally during her prior role. Rather than repeat the work three times, she built a structured briefing format and hired two analysts with customs advisory backgrounds.
By 2019, the office had moved to its current location on Pocheon-ro 15-gil, closer to the manufacturing belt along the Gyeonggi corridor. Today we deliver roughly 80 briefings per year, with engagements ranging from single classification reviews to multi-destination market briefings for agricultural and industrial exporters.
Our approach
We work from publicly available customs statistics, published tariff schedules, and the product documentation you provide. Every chart in a briefing cites its source and date. We do not sell access to databases or subscriptions — each engagement is a completed document your team owns outright.
Sessions happen at your premises when practical (most clients are within a 90-minute drive of Pocheon) or via video conference for clients elsewhere in Korea. Final documents are printed on archival paper and delivered digitally in PDF format.
Values we hold in client work
- Source transparency — every figure traceable to a published record or your provided document
- Scope honesty — we state what public data cannot reveal before you commit to an engagement
- Document permanence — briefings designed to remain useful twelve months later, not just at delivery
