Fee guidance for analytical engagements
Fees depend on product complexity, number of destination countries, and competitor scope. Figures below are starting ranges — we confirm exact fees after reviewing your brief.
| Engagement | Starting Fee | Typical Timeline | Fee Factors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Export Market Briefing Flagship half-day session with bound document |
₩1,850,000 | 12–14 business days | Number of destination countries (up to 3 included), product category complexity, on-site vs video delivery |
| Customs Classification Review Written memo per product line |
₩680,000 | 3–5 business days | SKU variants (up to 5 included), number of destination schedules to cross-reference |
| Tariff Impact Assessment Scenario charts with landed-cost modelling |
₩1,200,000 | 7–10 business days | Destination count (up to 5 included), number of scenario models, FTA origin complexity |
| Competitor Export Mapping 12-month shipment charts per competitor |
₩950,000 | 8–12 business days | Number of named competitors (up to 3 included), product category breadth |
What affects your final quote
We adjust fees upward when engagements require more than the included scope — additional destination countries beyond three, more than five SKU variants in a classification review, or expedited delivery within five business days. We adjust downward for repeat clients requesting updates to a briefing delivered within the previous twelve months, since much of the foundational research remains valid.
Payment terms
A 40% deposit confirms scheduling once scope is agreed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final document. We accept bank transfer (KRW) and issue tax invoices (세금계산서) for Korean corporate clients. Payment details are provided in the scope confirmation email — this page is informational only and does not process transactions.
Combined engagements
Clients preparing for a major market entry often commission a Classification Review followed by an Export Market Briefing. When booked together, we apply a 12% reduction to the combined fee. Mention both engagements in your initial brief.
