Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to analytical engagements commissioned with Acacia Way Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acacia Way," "we," "us"), operating as Acacia Way Analytics. It covers export market briefings, customs classification reviews, tariff impact assessments, and competitor export mapping.

1. Deposit and Payment Structure

Engagements require a 40% deposit to confirm scheduling. The remaining 60% is due upon delivery of the final document. Deposits are invoiced in KRW with 세금계산서 (tax invoice) issued to Korean corporate clients.

2. Cancellation by Client

Before work begins

If you cancel after paying the deposit but before our analysts begin data gathering (typically within 2 business days of deposit receipt), we refund the full deposit minus a ₩50,000 administrative fee.

After work begins

Once data gathering has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after partial completion, you owe the proportion of the total fee corresponding to work completed, calculated as:

• Data gathering phase: 40% of total fee
• Analysis and chart preparation: 35% of total fee
• Presentation session and final document: 25% of total fee

Any amount you have paid beyond the completed proportion will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Rescheduling

Briefing sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if you notify us at least 5 business days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling within 5 business days incurs a ₩150,000 rescheduling fee to cover analyst reallocation. Video conference sessions are easier to reschedule than on-site visits — we encourage video delivery when your schedule is uncertain.

4. No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled briefing session and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the session portion of the engagement (25% of total fee) is non-refundable. We will still deliver the prepared document digitally.

5. Refund Eligibility for Delivered Work

Because our deliverables are custom analytical documents prepared from your product documentation and specified scope, we generally do not offer refunds after final delivery. Exceptions apply when:

• The delivered document materially fails to cover agreed scope items listed in the scope confirmation email
• Data cited in the document contains verifiable factual errors in source attribution (not differences in analytical interpretation)

In such cases, contact us within 10 business days of delivery. We will revise the document at no charge or offer a partial refund proportional to the deficient scope, at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed classification reviews where the memo has been delivered
• Printed document production and courier delivery costs once printing has begun
• Expedited delivery surcharges (5-business-day turnaround)
• Third-party data access fees incurred on your behalf during the engagement

7. Cancellation by Acacia Way

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement if you fail to provide required product documentation within 15 business days of scope confirmation, or if the requested analysis falls outside our expertise. In such cases, any deposit paid is refunded in full.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account used for the original payment within 14 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation with the refund amount and expected arrival date.

9. Disputes

We aim to resolve refund concerns directly. Contact us first at info@webacaciaway.click. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service.
