Acacia Way provides professional trade analytics services including export market briefings, customs classification reviews, tariff impact assessments, and competitor export mapping. Deliverables are analytical documents and presentations prepared for export planning purposes. Our work is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal advice, binding customs rulings, or financial recommendations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, chart designs, and layout — is owned by Acacia Way or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference.

Upon full payment for a commissioned engagement, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered briefing document within your organization for internal export planning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our deliverables without written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

When submitting inquiries or product documentation, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or reference numbers we provide for your engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our analytical work relies on publicly available trade statistics, published tariff schedules, and documentation you supply. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that customs authorities, trading partners, or tariff schedules will remain unchanged after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Acacia Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our deliverables, including but not limited to shipment delays, duty assessments, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fee paid for that engagement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Third-Party Links
